Hathaway Corporation
is pleased to announce that its wholly

4," the fourth version of the Opticon Network Manager sometime
in the fourth quarter of 2006 . The Ranger 4 will include all of
the current software's features and functions in a more flexible,
scalable, efficient and user-friendly manner with state-of-the-art
technology. The completion of Beta testing is scheduled for the
third quarter of 2006.
The Ranger 4 software has a compilation of new capabilities such
as integration with existing systems through multiple interface platforms,
supporting foreign languages, managing inventory as well as creating
and managing work orders. In addition, there are numerous other modifications

"We are very excited about the advancement of our software.
The Ranger 4 will greatly increase efficiency of operations for our
clients and our overall corporate revenue for years to come. It's
our objective to continue to deliver the best solution in the market," stated
John Batton, President of OptiCon Systems, Inc.
