Hathaway (HWYI) Files Form 211 With NASD for Wholly Owned Subsidiary OptiCon Systems, Inc.

Hathaway Corporation, a business development company that focuses on the development of companies in the communications, telecommunications software and medical devices industries, announced today the company has submitted its Form 211 with Spartan Securities to file with the NASD. Upon final review and activation of the Form 10 with the SEC and approval of the Form 211 with the NASD, OptiCon will receive a trading symbol and be listed on the OTCBB market.
