Welcome to Hathaway Global "Your next step"

Founded in 2000, Hathaway Corporation represents more than 30 years of industry experience in the fields of Information Technology, domestic and international start ups, sales and marketing, and management expertise in businesses of all sizes including Fortune 500, and Fortune 1000 companies.

Through our distinctive acquisition policy, we explore the global IT marketplace for undiscovered or under-utilized technologies to acquire, fund and develop, and finally spin off thus expanding internal revenue and increasing shareholder wealth.

Our first acquisition and spinoff was Opti-Con Systems, Inc. (otcbb:OSYS) which has changed the way the world communicates.  OptiCon Systems, Inc., offers a fiber optics management system that is used by global 500 telecommunications and communications companies.

The OptiCon software aids in the provisioning of fiber optic circuits; maintenance of the lines; and provides fault isolation, correction, and detection. OptiCon Systems, Inc. (otcbb:OSYS) serves over 70% of the global 500 companies such as Adelphia, Charter, Comcast, Comcast/AT&T, Cox, Time Warner, and BrightHouse.

Our second wholly-owned acquisition, Diabetes Detection, Inc.  (DDI) provides advanced technologies that enable physicians to diagnose neuropathy often associated with the burgeoning epidemic of diabetes.

This technology enables more accurate and rapid diagnosis to help patients detect their illness sooner, and also proactively treat their condition.  The early detection of neuropathy can hopefully prevent many of the severe and disabling affects of diabetes such as loss of limbs, blindness, and organ failure.

DDI has created a device that patients and doctors can utilize via their cell phone or pager to detect the signs of neuropathy.  Prior to this device, the most widely used method of determining this condition was a tuning fork—cumbersome and with questionable accuracy. DDI’s device – now in prototype stage -- is more accurate than other devices in the market. Additionally, their device will replace the cumbersome tuning forks that are presently used to diagnose the various conditions of neuropathy.

In September of 2007, Hathaway announced their proposal to begin the spin-off process with DDI.

Hathaway Global performs and provides in-depth research into the companies they are considering for acquisition. Once acquired, they provide strong leadership and management, working to build a subsidiary company with a firm foundation, a strong and skilled management team and a well-developed technology, thus ensuring a positive future for all.

Through companies like OptiCon Systems, Inc., and Diabetes Detection, Inc. (DDI), Hathaway brings the cutting-edge solutions of the future to today's business marketplace.
